Viewing Total Strokes for an Activity on the Garmin Swim
Once a swim activity is saved on the Garmin Swim, the total number of strokes will be located on that particular activity in the History menu.
Press Menu button.
Select History.
Select View.
Select Sessions.
Select the date of activity.
Scroll down until STRK is viewable.
The STRK will display the total strokes during that particular swim activity.
