Buying and Managing My Tacx Subscription
You can activate a Tacx® subscription via Garmin.com and manage it in the Account Manager. Select a topic below for more information on managing your Tacx Subscription.
Purchasing a Tacx Subscription
For the purchase of a Tacx Premium Subscription, Garmin offers the following Forms of Payment.
How Do I Change My Tacx Subscription?
Sign in to Subscription Portal.
Select Manage on the subscription you want to change.
Select Change Plan.
Select Select This Plan on the new plan.
Review plan changes and confirm Auto Renewal Options (if necessary).
Select Confirm Plan Change.
Your plan is now updated.
When changing your plan it will automatically renew at the end of the currently active plan type.
How Do I Cancel My Tacx Subscription?
NOTE: Annual Plans cannot be paused or canceled. You can disable automatic renewal for your subscription. See section "How Do I Disable Automatic Renewal?" below.
Sign in to Subscription Portal.
Select Manage on the monthly subscription you want to cancel.
Select Cancel Plan.
Check the box acknowledging the service will cancel immediately.
Select Cancel Service.
Fill out optional survey and select submit.
If canceling your monthly subscription prior to the end of your billing cycle, you will still have access to your subscription for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
How Do I Disable Automatic Renewal?
NOTE: Automatic renewal may only be disabled for annual plans. For monthly plans, you will only have the ability to cancel. See section "How Do I Cancel My Tacx Subscription?" above.
Sign in to Subscription Portal.
Select Manage on the subscription you want to edit.
Toggle Automatic Renewal to Off under Renewal Settings.
Your plan will no longer renew at the end of your annual plan.
How Do I Update My Payment Information?
Sign in to Subscription Portal.
Select Manage on the subscription you want to edit.
Select Update Payment Info.
Edit your payment method or billing address
Select Save.
Your payment information has now been updated.
How Do I Download or View an Invoice?
Sign in to Subscription Portal.
Select Manage on the subscription you want to view.
Select Billing History.
Select Download Invoice to get the most recent invoice.
To download historical invoices, select under Billing History for the invoice you want to download.
Can I Use a Voucher Code If I Have a Current Subscription?
Promotional voucher codes can only be used on an account that does not have an active subscription (except for the 10-day introduction subscription). To apply a voucher code to your account, follow these steps:
Log in to your Tacx Cloud account and select Subscription & Settings.
Select PLANS & PRICING.
Select the bubble next to Cancel subscription and provide a reason in the dropdown.
Select Continue.
Once the current subscription expires on the date shown, log back into the Tacx Cloud and follow the instructions in the section above: " How Do I Change My Tacx Subscription ?".
NOTE: Voucher codes that feature the number one (1), capital i (I), and lower case L (l) can sometimes look similar. If your voucher code does not work, you can check to make sure that it is valid by following this link: https://cloud.tacx.com/#/voucher-validate. Additionally, if your 10-day introduction subscription is active, the voucher code time frame will still begin the day you redeem it.
