LIDAR-Lite v3/v3HP I2C Logic Voltage

The I2C communications bus on the LIDAR-Lite v3 operates at 3.3Vdc.  An internal level shifter allows the bus to operate at a maximum of 5Vdc.  An Internal 3k ohm pullup resistor ensures this functionality, enabling simple connection to the I2C host. Refer to the owners manual for details.
