The Buttons on My Edge 530 No Longer Work When Pressed
When you press a button on the Edge 530 and you do not get a response on the device, make sure that it is not locked up or frozen.
- Plug the device into a power source using the USB data cable.
- Press and hold the power button (upper left) for a minimum of 10 seconds until the device either powers off or powers on.
If buttons continue to not respond when pressed, you will need to send it back to Garmin for an exchange. Select the following link to begin the exchange process. Garmin Online Exchange Tool For the Edge 530
