Fitting a Garmin Tracking Collar to a Dog with a Smaller Sized Neck

The Alpha® T20 and Alpha® TT25 dog tracking collars have the ability to swap out the GPS Flex band for a smaller band to easily fit on a dog with a smaller sized neck. With the previous series of collars the T 5/TT™ 15, TT 15 mini, and TT 15x the flex band is not able to be changed, however there are ways to modify the fit of the dog collar to make it fit a dog with a smaller sized neck. 

• Fitting the Alpha T 20 or Alpha TT 25 to a Small Dog.

Adjusting the Collar Strap

1. Remove the collar strap from the device 
   • Removing the Collar Strap
2. Remove the antenna keeper from the collar, you will need to remove the VHF antenna to take the antenna keeper off.
   • Removing the Antenna Keeper
3. Put the collar strap back on the device by starting with the non buckle side weaving it on by the GPS Flex band.
   • You can re add the Antenna Keeper to the device by sliding it on the collar strap and inserting the VHF antenna.

The buckle will now be on the flex band giving you more sizing options for the best fit for the dog.
