Using Voice Commands in The Tacx Desktop App

The Tacx Desktop app offers the ability to use voice commands to control certain features of the app. For example, you can control the zoom or start training without needing to get off your bike.  

Voice controls are only available in English. Your computer must have a microphone and a Windows PC language pack installed.  

How Can I Enable or Disable Voice Commands?

To enable or disable voice control options:

  1. Open the Tacx Desktop app.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Toggle Voice commands on or off.

    •  You may need to adjust your computer's microphone privacy in your computer's privacy settings to give access to the Tacx Desktop app. For help see: Microsoft Support.

Voice commands can now be used. To start a voice command say "Hey Tacx" and say "Bye Tacx" to end speech recognition.
