T5X or TT15X Flashing Red on Charge
Garmin has identified an issue where the status LED on some T5X or TT15X collars will continuously flash or blink red when connected for charging.
- To greatly reduce the risk of this issue occurring it's highly encouraged to update your collar's software if it is before version 2.40.
- For assistance updating your collar's software follow these instructions.
- If your TT15X collar is already experiencing this issue contact Garmin Support or your Garmin dealer for a replacement device.
