Venu Sq: Touchscreen is Not Working
If the touchscreen on your Venu Sq series watch is not responding, make sure that you have not locked the screen. Details on how to check this setting can be found here: Locking and Unlocking the Touchscreen
If your touchscreen is not locked and you continue to experience an issue with your touchscreen you can attempt a restart of the watch by following the steps below.
Press and hold the top button until the screen goes blank (this may take up to 40 seconds).
Disregard any messages that come up, such as the assistance alert and the controls menu. Holding the button through these will prevent anything from activating.
Press and hold the top button for 2 seconds to power the device back on.
