Zone Control on a Fusion® Stereo
All multi-zone Fusion® stereos can have volume in each zone adjusted individually, or all adjusted at once. To adjust volume on a stereo, turn the dial while the stereo is showing the song information.
The screen will change to show volume levels of each zone, and by default all zones or a selected Home Zone will be adjusted simultaneously. Pressing the dial will allow for the selection of individual zones. Turn the dial to highlight a zone, then press it again to select that zone.
When the individual zones are set for different levels, adjusting the volume for all zones will keep the volume for each zone the same number apart. Once maximum or minimum volume is reached on one zone, the other zones will continue increasing or decreasing until they are all at maximum or minimum. Preventing this by maintaining the volume ratios can be enabled in Settings.

Other Zone Settings
- Internal Amp On affects the internal amplifier of the stereo, and is used when speakers are connected directly to the stereo without an external amplifier
- Assign Home Zone sets the default zone volume will be adjusted on
- Power On Volume Limit limits the volume when the stereo first turns on
- Speed Vs Volume slightly increases or decreases the volume as the vessel speeds up or slows down
- The stereo must be connected via NMEA 2000 to a speed source such as a chartplotter or engine gauge to receive speed information
- Phone Volume Sync selects which zone will adjust simultaneously with a phone volume when connected via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
- Some phones have the ability to separate their volume from the volume level of a connected source entirely, but if the one being used does not then at least one zone must be selected
