Creating a form for an Earthmate PN-Series GPS

You can create a form for field data collection for your Earthmate® PN-Series GPS (PN-30, 40, or 60) GPS receiver. You will need an attribute field from one of your GIS layers to use for your form. You can use an existing field or create one. In this example, we created a constrained field. You can use more than one field if you want a form with multiple fields.
