Reticle Alignment for the Xero A1i PRO

The Xero A1i PRO's green, circular reticle indicates the direction the laser rangefinder is pointing. The Reticle Vertical (RAV) and Reticle Horizontal (RAH) micro-adjustments are used to align the reticle with the primary pin during the initial device setup. This is an important step and will affect the accuracy of all ranging and shots, so proper adjustment is needed for the best results.

Aligning the Primary Pin to the Reticle

NOTE: The adjustment knobs are marked to indicate the direction they move the red primary pin in relation to the green rangefinder reticle. During calibration, you should adjust the knobs until the primary pin is centered in the circular rangefinder reticle at full draw.

  1. Using a 3.5mm hex wrench, loosen the lock screw near RAH (1) or RAV (2) adjustment knob.

  2. Turn the knobs to adjust the horizontal (1) or vertical (2) alignment.
  3. Tighten the lock screw to 2.2 N-m (20 lbf-in) when adjustments are complete and the reticle and primary pin are aligned.
