Third-party FM transmitter

Yes, a third-party FM transmitter can be used with a Garmin device, as long as the device that you intend to use it with has a 3.5mm audio output port.

Garmin has not tested all third-party FM transmitters, and therefore we do not support them. If you experience problems while using a third-party FM transmitter, contact the manufacturer of the FM transmitter for any support issues.
