BirdsEye Direct Satellite Download Images Not Showing in BaseCamp™ Software
BirdsEye Direct images downloaded on the compatible Garmin product are not viewable in BaseCamp™ software, with or without the device connected to the computer.
If viewing BirdsEye images in the BaseCamp™ program on a computer is needed, products with Birdseye Direct also include a BirdsEye Lifetime Satellite Imagery subscription which can be used in the BaseCamp™ program. The Garmin product will need to be connected to the computer with a USB cable to download BirdsEye Imagery in BaseCamp™ software.
NOTE: Birdseye Satellite Imagery subscriptions are no longer available for purchase. If your subscription has expired, imagery previously downloaded is still available to be used on your device.
