Steps to Link Your Garmin Connect Account with Strava
Linking your Garmin Connect™ account to your Strava account allows for activities uploaded to Garmin Connect to automatically show up in Strava. You must link the two accounts through Garmin Connect following the steps further down in this FAQ.
Once linked, the following data will be synced:
Activities uploaded to Garmin Connect
Activities created with Strava will not sync to Garmin Connect
Starred Strava courses
Starred Strava segments
Previous activities in your Garmin Connect account will sync to Strava, as will future activities which are uploaded to Garmin Connect. Automatic historical upload only applies to the first time the accounts are linked. Any subsequent connections will require history recorded while Garmin Connect and Strava are not linked to be manually uploaded to Strava.
