View Maps From a GPSMAP 276c, 376c, 378, or 478 BlueChart g2 Data Card with HomePort

Even though BlueChart g2 data cards can be viewed in the HomePort program, the portable marine chartplotters like the GPSMAP 276c, 376c, 378, and 478 will not allow the charts to be viewed on a computer when connected over USB.
If a Garmin Data Card Programmer1 is used with a computer running a 32 bit version of Windows, HomePort will be able to read and display the charts from the card.
