Using an External Power Pack for Garmin Products

A Garmin product with a rechargeable battery can be charged using external battery packs. Depending on the battery pack or portable charger, it may take longer than normal to charge the device. To maximize the charging speed, it is recommended to charge with the device powered off.

Make sure the external power pack meets the charging requirements of the device and refer to the owner's manual.
