Canceling My Garmin Dash Cam Vault Subscription

If you have more than one Vault subscription and are canceling the extra(s) due to the new monthly or annual one price plan that becomes effective on your billing date on or after March 4, 2025, see Vault Subscription Update March 2025 for details.


Canceling your Garmin Dash Cam Vault subscription can be done in the Account Manager at garmin.com/account.

  • Canceling a Vault subscription plan will have these effects:

    • If you have a single Vault subscription plan, you will continue to have access to plan features and functionality until the end of the plan term.

      • The end date will be stated once Cancel Plan has been selected in Step 4 below.

    • If you have multiple Vault plans and are canceling extra(s) so that you have a single plan remaining to cover all of your compatible cameras, Vault videos from the canceled plans will be available under the single plan remaining.

  • Canceling a combination Vault/LTE subscription plan will take effect immediately. If applicable, a prorated refund will be credited to your account.

    • Combination Vault/LTE subscriptions are not compatible with the one price plan.


To Cancel your Garmin Dash Cam Vault Subscription:

  1. Log in to Account Manager
  2. Click on Subscription & Service Plans
  3. Click MANAGE on the device you want to change
  4. Click CANCEL PLAN
  5. Click CANCEL PLAN or CANCEL IMMEDIATELY

You have now canceled your Garmin Dash Cam Vault subscription.
