Pro Control 2 Receiver LED not Coming on When Connected to Power

If the charging LED on your Pro Control® 2 receiver does not come on at once when plugged in, it means that the battery is very low or completely dead. Leave it on charge and the LED will come on within 30-40 minutes and will then the device should begin to charge normally. We recommend connecting the charger to the AC outlet first then connecting the charging cable to the Pro Control 2 Receiver.
