Unable to Open the Navionics Chart Installer Software
The Navionics® Chart Installer software is compatible with Windows 10 or higher and Mac OSX version 10.13 or higher.
If clicking on the Chart Installer does not open the program and you are using Windows, try starting the Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DELETE, and then click Task Manager). From there, check the Processes tab for any duplicate instances of the Chart Installer software running. Close them out, reboot your computer, and try to start the Chart Installer.
For Mac users, access your Activity Monitor (Applications > Utilities) and check the CPU tab for any duplicate instances of the Chart Installer software. Close them out, reboot your computer, and try to start the Chart Installer again.
If this does not resolve, it might be that you need to reinstall the program entirely.
