Can I Edit the Sleep Time That My Watch Recorded in Garmin Connect?

There may be instances where sleep time needs to be edited. This can be done through your Garmin Connect™ account.

NOTE: Existing sleep times can only be edited and cannot be deleted.

Edit Sleep Time in the Garmin Connect App

  1. Open the Garmin Connect app.

  2. Select More (bottom right).

  3. Select Health Stats.

  4. Select Sleep or Sleep Score.

  5. Select the night in question.

  6. Selectthree dots.

  7. Select Edit.

  8. Edit Bed Time/Wake Time.

  9. Select Save.


Edit Sleep Time in Garmin Connect Website

  1. From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.

  2. Select Health Stats from the navigation bar on the left.

  3. Select Sleep or Sleep Score.

  4. Select the night in question.

  5. Select pencil icon Next to Bed Time or Wake Time.

  6. Make necessary edits.

  7. Select checkmark green.

Your sleep time and graph will then be updated to reflect the edits made.
