How to Create Applied Ballistic Profiles on a GPSMAP 67
You can create several profiles in the Applied Ballistics app on a GPSMAP® 67 handheld navigator. The profile is one of the most important parts of creating a shooting solution. It is where you will input all the bullet and rifle information. There are two ways to create a profile directly on the GPSMAP 67 and through the AB Quantum™ app. These steps will show you how to create a profile on the handheld.
Creating a Profile
From the main menu of the Applied Ballistics app on your GPSMAP 67 handheld.
- Press the Menu button.
- Use the Directional Key to highlight Profile.
- Press Enter to select.
- Press the Enter button to select Profile.
- To add a new Profile highlight +Profile and press Enter.
Changing Profiles.
From the main menu of the Applied Ballistics app on your GPSMAP 67 handheld.
- Press the Menu button.
- Use the Directional Key to highlight Profile.
- Press Enter to select.
- Press Enter to select Profile.
- Use the Directional Key to highlight the new profile.
- Press Enter to select.
- You will have three options to choose from.
- Change Profile - Selecting will make this profile the current set profile.
- Edit Name.
- Delete Profile.
NOTE:
Change Profile and Delete Profile will only show on profiles that are not currently active.
By default there must always be an active profile.
Profiles created on the GPSMAP 67 handheld do not sync to the AB Quantum app.
