Sending custom workouts to the Forerunner 220/620

Through Garmin Connect you can send customized workouts to your watch in order to meet your fitness goals. Once workouts are created there are two ways that you can send a workout down to your watch.

  1. Send workouts individually from the "Send to Device" option from the Workouts section of Garmin Connect. Your 220/620 will hold up to 10 workouts at a time via this method. (Sending more than 10 workouts will result in the watch only displaying the first 10 that you sent over)
  2. Put together a schedule for your workouts by using the "Add to Calendar" option from the Workouts section of Garmin Connect. This option will allow you to send up to 30 workouts from your Garmin Connect Calendar down to your watch.
