Disabling All Flashing Lights
Disabling Radar Threat Mode only prevents the light from changing its current state when a threat is detected. It does not prevent it from flashing if the light is set to a flashing mode, such as Day Flash. In this scenario the flash pattern does not change when a threat is detected and remains in the normal Day Flash pattern as the threat approaches. To ensure your light does not flash during use, set the light to a solid mode and disable Radar Threat Mode. If your Edge® cycling computer is paired to your Varia, change your light network setting to Individual and your light mode to Solid or Peloton to disable all flashing and have a steady light beam. See Related Content for instructions on using a compatible Edge computer to control your Varia.
