Poor FM, AM, or DAB Reception On a Vieo Infotainment System
If the Vieo Infotainment System is experiencing poor reception with AM,FM, or Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) reception:
- Re-run channel scans to refresh available channel list for the current location.
- If the chassis is equipped with separate antennas for FM and DAB, ensure the proper FM and DAB antenna options have been selected.
Confirming the proper antenna is selected and powered on:
1. From the home page, select 
2. Select Tools
3. Select Settings
4. Select Vehicle Integration
5. Ensure that "Antenna 1 Power" is on
6. Ensure "Select FM Antenna" is set to Antenna 1 (AM and FM always use Antenna 1)
