Guidance for Submiting a Mexican Electronic Advanced Passenger Information (eAPIS) Report

The Mexican National Immigration Institute (INM) now requires all pilots to submit Advanced Passenger Information (APIS) to the Mexican government before every flight entering or exiting Mexico. Failure to comply with these regulations could result in fines of up to $5,000 (US) per day. Pilots are required to call FltPlan®.com Flight planning services within 30 minutes of departure and after the cabin door is closed.
