Swim 2: The Watch Casing is Broken

If the watch casing is broken on your Garmin Swim 2 resulting in the band not staying securely attached, then you will need to request to have the watch exchanged by Garmin using the following tool:  Garmin's Online Exchange for the Swim 2

IMPORTANT: The Garmin exchange tool is only available in select countries and an exchange fee may apply when submitting a request to replace your device.
