- Use the paperclip and press in on either side of the pushpin.
- Pull gently on the band so that the side of the pushpin you are pressing in on releases and separates from the watch.
- Complete steps 1 and 2 on the other side of the watch band side.

How to Replace the Garmin Instinct 2S Watch Bands
The Garmin Instinct 2S series offers replaceable watch bands to update the look of your watch or replace a worn or damaged watch band. The Garmin Instinct 2S is compatible with Instinct 2S Watch Bands and QuickFit 20 Watch Bands.1
Items Needed to Replace the Band
- A clean workspace
- The Garmin Instinct 2S
- Replacement band
- A paperclip
When you are ready to replace your watch band follow the steps on removing the watch band or jump straight to the replacing the band itself if you already know how to remove the bands.
- Place the new pushpin into the new watchband.
- Align one side of the watch band so that the pushpin goes into the watch band hole.
- Compress the other side of the pushpin and press the watch band into the slot.
- Complete steps 1 through 3 for the other watch band side.
- With the paperclip, remove the pushpin from the Instinct 2S watch band.
- Place the pushpin back into the body of the watch.
- Attach the Quickfit 20 Watch Band to the pushpin.
- Complete steps 1 through 3 for the other watch band side.
