Unable to see 3D buildings on a nüvi® 3400 and 3500 series device

Your device will display 3D Building View where it is available. 3D Building View typically only shows up in larger cities and metropolitan areas. 3D Building information will not be available for all buildings and landmarks in all cities. 

In order to view the 3D Buildings, the 3D Buildings layer will need to be enabled. Follow the steps below. 

To access map layers:

1. Touch Settings
2. Touch Map & Vehicle
3. Scroll down
4. Touch Map Layers
5. Add 3D Buildings
6. Touch Save

The device will now display 3D buildings.
