vivoactive 4S: Battery Lasts Less Than 24 Hours From a Full Charge
If the battery on your vivoactive® 4S watch is lasting for less than 24 hour in smartwatch mode from a full charge, you will want to ensure that your device is fully up to date. This can be done with the methods listed in this FAQ: Installing the Latest Software On Your Fitness Device
If you continue to have issues after ensuring the device is up to date, your device will need to be replaced. You can request an exchange using the following tool: Garmin's Online Exchange for the vivoactive 4S
