Tacx® NEO 3M
Adjusting the connection type on your Tacx trainer is completed from the Tacx Training app. For more information including instructions see: Using Secure Connection on Tacx Trainers
The secure connection is a good choice if you plan to connect your accessory to one or two newer Garmin devices that support secure connections, for more info see . When the accessory is set to use the Secure connection type (LED blinking twice), only devices capable of making secure connections can find it.
If you plan to use your accessory with older Garmin devices, third party apps, or fitness equipment, set it to use the open connection type (LED blinks three times), otherwise it may not be found, or connectable, by older Garmin devices, fitness equipment, or most third party apps.
