Chart Installer: Blank or Default Screen to Plug in Your Card on Mac
You may open the Navionics® Chart Installer software and notice the entire page is blank or displays just the prompt to plug your card in on Mac computers.
In this case we suggest you check the Navservice and CI_Launcher options in your device settings are enabled.
- Open Settings on your Mac
- Select Privacy & Security
- Expand Full Disk Access
- Make sure CI_Launcher and Navservice are enabled
