Recording a Track on the Dakota 10 and 20

A track is a recording of your path. The track log contains information about points along the recorded path, including time, location, and elevation for each point. To record a track on the Dakota™ 10 or Dakota™ 20 follow the directions below.

Recording a Track

1. Touch Setup. 
2. Touch Tracks. 
3. Touch Track Log. 
4. Touch Do Not Record; Record, Do Not Show; or Record, Show On Map. 
   NOTE: If you select Record, Show On Map, a line on the Map page indicates your track. 

Clear Current Track Log

1. Touch Setup. 
2. Touch Reset. 
3. Touch Clear Current Track. 
4. Touch Yes.
