Unexpected Error During Login
Navionics® (a Garmin brand) and Garmin now share the same account. In case you also have a Garmin account (Garmin Connect™, myGarmin™, ...) using the same email address as your Navionics account, make sure to use the password you use to access your Garmin account.

Make sure your device is running the latest version of the app from your app store.
Make sure your password does not include any special characters (e.g. "&", "?", "/", "\" etc.) as the app may not recognize these symbols and prevent you from logging in. If you need to change your password go to http://www.garmin.com/account and select the 'Forgot Password?' link.
If there is a SIM card in the device, try turning off Cellular and leave only your Wi-Fi connection turned on. If you still receive the error, try swapping and turn on Cellular and turn off your Wi-Fi connection.
Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or disconnecting from VPN.
