Using Notification Center on a Garmin Watch
Some Garmin® watches come with a feature called Notification Center. It is similar to the notification widget glance on other watches, but is accessible from everywhere on the watch for quick access to your smart notifications from your paired smartphone. Watches with Notification Center can have a notification widget glance as well. Search your owner's manual for "Customizing the glance loop" for instructions on how to add widget glances.
Accessing the Notification Center
From the watch face you can access the Notification Center by swiping down from the top of the screen or pressing the UP/MENU (middle left) button. If you are on a different screen, such as in a menu or in an activity, you can rest your finger at the top of the screen for 2 seconds and then swipe downward. If you have auto lock turned on for during activities, you will need to first unlock the screen by swiping the lock icon down.
Smart notifications will show in the Notification Center until you dismiss them either by selecting them and then selecting Dismiss, or dismissing the notification on your phone. If you are not seeing any notifications from your phone, check the troubleshooting in .
Disabling or Enabling the Notification Center
The Notification Center is enabled by default, but you can disable it in your watch settings. To disable the Notification Center follow the steps below.
Hold UP/MENU (middle left) button.
Select Watch Settings.
Select Notifications & Alerts.
Select Notification Center to toggle it off or on.
