Not Enough Space Message When Syncing the Lily 2 Active
IMPORTANT: These steps are only to be used for this specific issue occurring on the Lily® 2 Active smartwatch.
If you are syncing with the Garmin Express™ program and you get a message that there isn't enough space to download an update you will need to follow these steps to clear space on your device.
NOTE: These steps will remove all activities from your watch and will no longer show in the history on the watch. However they will still be saved on your connect account.
Connect your Lily 2 Active to a Windows computer.
NOTE: The device will not be found as a drive on a Mac computer.
On your keyboard, press Windows key + E.
Select This PC (Windows 10/11 only).
Open the Lily 2 Active drive.
Open the Garmin folder.
Select the Activity folder.
Press Delete on the keyboard.
Confirm that you want to delete the selected folder.
Once this is done, close the file browser and unplug the device from the computer. After the watch face loads you can plug the device back in and attempt to sync the device to Garmin Express again.
