Can I Disable Phone Call Notifications on the Venu 2 Plus or Venu 3 Series Watch?

As long as the Venu® 2 Plus, Venu® 3, or Venu® 3S smartwatch is in range or connected to your phone when a call comes in, the watch will act as a Bluetooth® accessory. The only way to turn off phone call notifications on the Venu 2 Plus is to disable Bluetooth on your phone or the watch. You can disable or edit phone call notifications on the Venu 3 and Venu 3S by following the steps below: 

1. Long-hold the  button (bottom right). 

2. Select Settings > Notifications & Alerts > Smart Notifications.

3. Choose either General Use or During Activity.

4. Select Calls.

5. Tap any of the options you would like to change.
