Suspend inReach Service for Professional Accounts
When using an inReach® Professional Flex subscription plan, there may be times when service for the device(s) is not needed for a short duration or until the following season.
In these instances, the subscription can be suspended and then reactivated at a later date.
Suspending inReach Device Service:
- Log in to the administrator account at explore.garmin.com
- Select Plans & Devices at the top of the page
- From this page, you can suspend service for one or multiple devices:
- For one device, select the 3-Dot icon on the right of the desired device, then Change Plan or Suspend.
- For multiple devices, check the boxes next to the desired devices. Select Bulk Actions, then Change Plan or Suspend.
- For one device, select the 3-Dot icon on the right of the desired device, then Change Plan or Suspend.
- Select Professional Flex Suspend
- Select Change Service
Important Notes
A suspension is not an immediate action and will take place at the end of the device's current billing cycle.
Suspended devices on a Professional account incur a monthly fee for account maintenance.
Always sync the inReach device(s) after making changes to the account, see Related for information.
Warning: SOS and messaging services will not work for devices that are suspended.
