Using the Rest Feature for Ultra Run Activities

The Ultra Run activity profile features a rest feature to help you keep track of time spent resting. If laps are being recorded during activities where you did not intend to record a lap, you may need to adjust the function of the Lap Key.

Ultra Run Compatible Watches

NOTE: If you have a compatible Garmin watch and cannot add the Ultra Run activity profile, ensure that your watch software is up to date by syncing with Garmin Express.
