Understanding + or Goal+ Icons on the vivofit/vivofit 2

As your device keeps track of your daily steps, you may notice a ‘+’ or ‘GOAL+’ icon at the bottom of the display. As you begin to walk or run, the device counts down the number of remaining steps in your daily goal. Once you reach your step goal, the device displays GOAL+, and begins counting the number of steps taken that exceed your daily goal. To see how your steps compare to your goal, press the Activity button repeatedly until the ‘GOAL’ or ‘GOAL+’ screen is displayed.

NOTE: The daily step goal is automatic by default but can be changed. Refer to the Related section below for how to change the step goal.
