Refreshing the Radio Signal on a GXM Antenna
SiriusXM will periodically remove inactive Radio ID numbers from their system. If a GXM antenna has an active subscription but is not receiving a signal, particularly if it has been several weeks since it has been used, the signal may need to be refreshed. This can be done from SiriusXM's website with the Radio ID number from the GXM antenna. This number is located on the bottom of the antenna. If reaching the bottom of the antenna is not viable, the Radio ID will also display when tuning to channel 0. The Radio ID can also be found in a chartplotter's System Information or Software Information page.
