Garmin Jr. Mobile App Bluetooth® Minimum Device Requirements

 In order to use the Garmin Jr. mobile app, your mobile device must meet the following minimum mobile operating system requirements:

*The Android mobile operating system is used by many different manufacturers across the world.  Garmin makes a concerted effort to ensure full compatibility with the most popular mobile devices.

The following phone models did not pass our internal tests with some of our devices. The phone and device may work together, but may require regular Garmin Connect App Bluetooth Troubleshooting.

• Huawei Phones running operating system version 8 or lower

• Meizu mx4

• Samsung J3 Model J320FN

NOTE: Phones that feature an Android (Go edition) operating system will list the Garmin Connect app as incompatible in the Play Store. This version of Android has limitations resulting in certain features not working with Garmin devices.
