Troubleshooting a Garmin Drive App Issue with a Garmin Dash Cam

We Suggest Troubleshooting in This Order for Pairing Issues With the Garmin Drive App and a Dash Cam Device:

NOTES:

  • It is not possible to troubleshoot a Bluetooth issue while on an active phone call, as it may interfere with certain features
  • The camera cannot pair with a phone when plugged into a computer
  • Use the vehicle power cable provided with the device or one of the Garmin power accessories:

iOS NOTE:

  • When connecting to a Garmin Dash Cam using an iPhone, you will see a prompt to select an accessory. This process can take up to 2 minutes for the Garmin Dash Cam to appear under the Select an Accessory list. If it does not appear, allow the process to time out before trying again. This process can sometimes take multiple attempts before a pairing is successful.

Some phones may need to turn off mobile data to view videos and the live video feed. See null if you're using a OnePlus phone.
