Sending App Logs from Garmin Explore App to Product Support
In some situations, Garmin Product Support may ask for diagnostic data from the Garmin Explore App to investigate an issue. When logs are requested, Product Support will send you an email. Use the following steps to gather app logs:
- Open Garmin Explore App*
- Select
- Select App Info
- Select Send Diagnostic Data
- Choose your email program
- Enter your email address in the To field
- Select Send
Once you have sent the logs to yourself, you may save them and attach them in your response to the Product Support request for logs.
*The Explore App on the Overlander is different version and does not have these logs available.
