Using a Marine Chart on Multiple Chartplotters

A marine chart can be used on multiple compatible chartplotters. It is not necessary to purchase individual charts for each device. The chartplotters need to be registered in the same Garmin Express account. Once both are in the same account, a copy of the chart can be downloaded through Garmin Express onto an micro/SD card for the new chartplotter or, if the chartplotter is compatible with ActiveCaptain a copy can be downloaded through the ActiveCaptain application.
