"Sonar Transmission Disabled" on a Garmin Marine Chartplotter
Certain Garmin Marine Chartplotters/Sonar combo units allow the transmission of sonar to be disabled. Once the transmission has been stopped, the device will display the message "Sonar Transmission Disabled". Sonar transmission can be re-enabled by pressing the power button on the device and selecting "Enable All Sonar Transmission".
