How to Schedule Workouts Using the Calendar in Garmin Connect

Workouts can be added to, removed from, or rescheduled from the Garmin Connect app or Garmin Connect website. Select one of the options below to view instructions.
Garmin Connect App Instructions
Option 1: Schedule a Workout From the Calendar View
From a web browser, sign into your Garmin Connect account.
Select Calendar (top left).
Drag the workout in question from the scheduled date to the date of your choice.
Select Move only this workout or Shift the entire training plan.
Select Ok.
Sync your device before completing your next activity.
Your Garmin® device will automatically download upcoming workouts from your Garmin Connect Calendar when you sync. Calendar workouts will appear under Training Plans or Training Calendar on your device.
