Unable to sign in to my Garmin account
Description
If you are unable to sign in to your myGarmin, Garmin Connect or flyGarmin account, it may be due to an invalid username or password error.
Resolution
To generate a new password online:
- Click on the word Forgot next to Password on the sign in screen
- Enter your email address
- Click Recover Password
An e-mail will be sent to you with a temporary password. Use this password to sign in to your account. Upon sign in, you will be prompted to create a new, customized, password for your account. Please note: passwords are case sensitive.
Once the password has been changed, you will be able to log in using the new password.
