Changing the Bezel on an Outdoor Multisport Watch

The bezel on a Descent Mk1, fēnix 3 series, fēnix 5 series, fenix 5 Plus series, fenix Chronos, tactix Bravo, or tactix Charlie multisport watch is the metal ring that surrounds the watch face. Although the bezel on the watch appears to be connected with screws, it is not a replaceable part. The bezel is the GPS antenna for the watch, as well as being environmentally sealed by the factory. The removal of the bezel from a fēnix series or tactix series multisport watch will void any remaining warranty on the watch, and may render the device inoperable.
