Blank Map, Incorrect Location, or No Location in the Garmin Explore App

If the Garmin Explore app is showing a question mark for location, not displaying a location, showing incorrect location, or a blank map ensure that the mobile phone or tablet's location services are turned on and working properly. Garmin Explore will use your mobile phone or tablet's location services (GPS, cell tower triangulation) to display your position. Without access to your phone or tablet's location, the Explore app will not display correctly. 

Generally, location services can be toggled on from the mobile phone or tablet's Settings. Refer to your cellular provider for more information about your mobile phone or tablet's location services.
