Downloading Golf Courses to Your Watch Using the Garmin Connect App
Some watches that support the Golf activity are not preloaded with golf course maps. For these watches, golf courses are downloaded, installed, and updated through the Garmin Connect app instead of Garmin Express. Once downloaded in the Garmin Connect app and added to your watch, your watch will display the 5 closest courses based on your watch's GPS location.
Although courses are downloaded individually through the Garmin Connect app instead of through Garmin Express like devices that have preloaded mapping, the course information will be identical.
